IMPORTANT MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Membership provides access to VIP benefits and preferred pricing. The membership fee does not include services, appointments, products, or service credits.
VIP members can access the private booking portal and book available appointments in advance for upcoming New York service weeks. Non-VIP clients must submit an appointment request before the scheduled service week. We review non-VIP requests based on the availability remaining after VIP bookings.
Monthly memberships require 30 days’ written notice to cancel. Annual memberships have a 365-day term and cannot be canceled during the active term. An annual payment may be fully refunded within three business days of enrollment only when no membership benefits have been used. Membership payments are automatically billed according to the plan selected.
Once a scheduled New York service week begins, you cannot cancel or reschedule appointments. Cancellations during that service week are charged 50% of the scheduled service price, and no-shows are charged 100%.

VIP Membership is offered by approval to ensure that the experience is the right fit for each prospective member.
To be considered, submit a VIP Membership Request. After reviewing your request, Natasha will contact you to schedule a complimentary VIP consultation. This consultation is free.
If approved, you may select the monthly or annual membership plan, and Natasha will personally complete your enrollment.
