Please review the following policies before requesting or scheduling an appointment with Evolution Green Room.

Non-VIP Deposits, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Non-VIP clients must pay a non-refundable $75 deposit to secure an appointment. The deposit will be applied to the total service cost.

If a non-VIP client cancels or requests to reschedule before the scheduled New York service week begins, the $75 deposit will be forfeited. No additional cancellation fee will be charged.

If a non-VIP client cancels or requests to reschedule during the scheduled New York service week, the $75 deposit will be forfeited, and the client will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

New York availability is limited, and each appointment time is reserved exclusively for the confirmed client.

VIP Cancellations and Rescheduling

The previous 48-hour cancellation window no longer applies to VIP appointments.

VIP members may request appointment changes, adjustments, or cancellations up to six weeks before the scheduled New York service week.

Once Evolution Green Room arrives in New York, we will not accept cancellations or rescheduling requests for that service week.

Cancellations made during the scheduled New York service week will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the total scheduled service cost.

These policies account for travel, tolls, accommodations, and appointment time reserved exclusively for VIP members.

Credit Card Authorization

By booking an appointment, you authorize Evolution Green Room to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation fee, no-show fee or outstanding balance in accordance with these policies.

VIP Membership Cancellation

VIP membership cancellations require at least 30 days’ notice to prevent the following month’s membership charge.

Submit cancellation notices by email.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving 15 to 30 minutes late may receive an abbreviated service based on the remaining appointment time.

Communication and Login Support

If you experience difficulty accessing your booking account, please call, email or text Evolution Green Room for assistance.

If you do not communicate an appointment change within the required time frame, you will be charged the applicable cancellation or no-show fee.

Policy Updates

Evolution Green Room reserves the right to modify or update these policies when necessary. We will notify clients of significant changes by text or email.

By booking an appointment or maintaining an active VIP membership, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood and agreed to the applicable Evolution Green Room policies.
